Hockey isn't just a game to Coach Rob—it’s in his DNA. Lacing up his first pair of skates at just two years old, he brings nearly four decades of elite, diverse experience to the Scouts as a player, official, and coach.

🏆 The Player Pedigree

Rob battled in the highly competitive Central States league growing up before taking his talents to the collegiate level at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Proving his athletic versatility, he was a multi-sport powerhouse, competing in hockey, golf, and rugby!

🧠 The Coaching Expertise

As a USA Hockey Level 4 Coach heading into his seventh season behind the bench, Rob’s resume speaks for itself. He has successfully developed talent at almost every stage of the game, including:

Tier 1 AAA Girls Hockey: 2 years with Team Illinois & entering his 4th season with the elite Windy City Storm.

High School Varsity: Sharpening the competitive edge of the DuPage Stars boys' team.

Grassroots Development: Building foundational skills in adult learn-to-skate programs.
