Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Spring Program
All registrations represent a commitment to the upcoming season, and our financial obligations for ice time, equipment, and league fees are based on these registration numbers. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, all refund requests are handled exclusively on a one-to-one, case-by-case basis. If you need to request a refund: Please submit your request in writing to [Email Address]. Include the player's name, the registered program, and a brief explanation of the situation. The Board of Directors will personally review your request at the next scheduled board meeting and make a determination based on your unique circumstances. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the board's meeting schedule, and any approved refunds may be subject to a small administrative fee to cover initial processing costs.
